to Driving Value

When it comes to apartment living, we know what matters and what makes it matter.

With the objective of growing both our Net Asset Value (NAV) and our Funds From Operations (FFO), our strategy is to recycle legacy assets that have maximized their value creation potential in order to invest in high-quality assets with compelling value-add returns.  These investments will be through acquisitions that meet our stringent investment criteria and redevelopment opportunities that are embedded in our existing portfolio.

We are strategically repositioning our portfolio to capture growth in dynamic submarkets where people want to live, work and shop within the Washington Metro Area. We are also reaping the benefits of the investments that we have made redeveloping, developing or acquiring assets such as Silverline Center, The Maxwell, 1775 Eye Street, The Wellington and Riverside.

Our overarching goal is to become a best-in-class owner and operator of high-quality real estate in the Washington Metro Area, and a top investment choice for REIT investors.
